One Rep Max Calculator
 

This calculator is more accurate with lower rep counts than higher rep counts. It cannot estimate a 1RM for a weight lifted for more than 20 reps. The additional 6, 8, 15, and 20 Rep Max numbers are provided for you to use as a guide. If you're hitting close to the same numbers, then the theoretical 1RM is closer to accurate.
